This policy explains how Miele Supply handles contact and project information submitted by trade buyers.
When you submit an RFQ or contact form, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, target market, product category, annual volume and project notes. If you send attachments or technical briefs, those materials are used only to evaluate and respond to the sourcing request.
Information is used to prepare quotations, clarify product requirements, coordinate sample discussions, evaluate compliance scope and communicate about relevant appliance programs. We may also use aggregated inquiry trends to improve website content and internal service workflows.
Project information may be shared with internal sales, compliance, engineering, packaging or logistics personnel who need it to respond to the inquiry. We do not sell buyer contact details. Records may be retained for reasonable commercial, legal and quality-control purposes.
You may request correction or deletion of contact information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business documentation or legal compliance.
